This is a key role for a motivated professional who is passionate about patient care, excels at communication, and enjoys being an essential part of a collaborative dental team. If you have strong dental knowledge, are confident using Dentrix, and love helping patients navigate their treatment journey, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
Present treatment plans to patients with clarity, confidence, and compassion
Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Verify insurance benefits, clearly explain coverage, and review financial options with patients
Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient records in Dentrix
Serve as a vital communication link between patients, clinical staff, and administrative teams
Proactively follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience (required)
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role
Proficiency in Dentrix practice management software (required)
Strong understanding of dental terminology and common procedures
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience with insurance billing, pre-authorizations, and claims
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for patient education
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
